Purchased Honda activa 125cc in July 2015. Office staff taking rs 400/- as service charges without bill. In delivery tool kit not available with vehicle. Seat cover supposed to fix by them but saying us to fix it outside since their machine not working. On 31st may 2016 I had given my activa for servicing and instructed to fix the relay box which came out during running but after servicing same was not fixed. By all means quality of work is poor and getting money because of brand(Honda) image.

Very worst customer service . dealer durga reddy (9490998888) as well as employees won't attend the call properly and more over they don't have stock at all time. I will challenge if u can make a call to 9490998888. Honda should give dealer ship to some other who would be more responsible
